Birthing Preparation
Course includes:
The Hypnobirthing Book by Katharine Graves;
three MP3s of relaxations, positive statements etc;
course folder and handouts;
partner comes for free;
optional Bonus class via Zoom introducing you to nappies and breastfeeding;
access to me for advice, support etc right up to and after your baby is born;
debriefing session if wanted;
breast feeding support.

Courses are In Person or Virtual via online platform ZOOM. I keep class sizes small for In Person courses. Zoom courses are live and fully interactive so you can ask questions and interact pretty much as if face to face but from the comfort of your own home. Please see the list of courses below.
Early Bird Discount:
Book and pay in full up to midnight, two weeks before the start date of the group course and get £25 reduction. Make sure you note the code and enter it when booking to get your discount.

Refresher Course:
A two evening or one day course if you have already done a full hypnobirthing course. Please contact me for dates if a class is not already scheduled. Or join a full class for half price - contact me by phone or email.
